1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Neo 4D Wall, you agree to comply with this End User License Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Content Policy. If you do not accept any of these terms, you must stop using the app immediately.

2. Age Restriction

Neo 4D Wall is not directed to persons under 13 years of age. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must use the app with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

3. Description of the Service

Neo 4D Wall provides advanced wallpapers for personal device customization, enhanced with high-quality 3D parallax, video, live effects, touch effects, and edge effects.

The app includes the following main features:

A wallpaper library in selected categories (Space, Nature, Animals, Cars, AMOLED, Abstract, etc.)
Wallpapers with 3D parallax effects
Video wallpapers, including speed adjustment
Editor: a customization tool that allows users to create custom wallpapers locally on their own devices (touch effects, petal effects, Glowing Edge Style, and border effects)
Automatic Wallpaper Changer: a scheduling tool that automatically changes the wallpaper at the selected interval

The content library may consist of visual materials prepared by the developer, obtained from licensed sources, and/or obtained in accordance with the terms of use of relevant third-party tools. Content created with the Editor is not uploaded to servers.

The app does not require account creation and contains no advertising.

4. Personal Use Only

All wallpapers, videos, and media provided in the app are for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All original wallpapers and media prepared by the developer are protected under intellectual property laws.
Content created by users with the Editor belongs to the user; the developer claims no rights over such content.
A copyright owner who believes that content has been used improperly may request its removal by contacting neo4dwall@gmail.com.
Content proven to infringe copyright will be removed promptly.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

Use unauthorized copyrighted content in the Editor
Attempt to reverse engineer, extract source code from, or modify the app
Use the app for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Commercially distribute or resell downloaded content
Attempt to bypass Premium or protected features

7. Editor — User Content

Wallpapers created through the Editor are stored only locally on the user’s own device. The developer does not upload, access, or share user content.

Users are responsible for using only images they own or have the right to use in the Editor. The developer does not pre-screen or verify user-created content.

8. Privacy and Data

Neo 4D Wall does not collect unnecessary personal data. Details regarding data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Subscriptions and Pricing

Neo 4D Wall offers the following Pro options through Google Play Billing:

Lifetime	$69.99 one-time	One payment for ongoing Pro access. No automatic renewal. Access remains valid for as long as the app and related services continue to be offered.

Prices may vary depending on the user’s country, currency, taxes, and the current pricing displayed by Google Play. The price shown on the Google Play payment screen at the time of purchase is valid.

Pro features: access to the 3D Parallax, Video, and 2D collections and all effects available in the app, unlimited use of the automatic wallpaper changer, and unlimited downloads.

⚠️ Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Cancellation: Google Play → Subscriptions → Neo 4D Wall → Cancel (at least 24 hours before the end of the current period).

Monthly subscribers are not charged if they cancel during the 3-day free trial.

Subscription payments are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play’s terms of service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, fees paid for a subscription plan are non-refundable.

10. Termination of Use

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app in the event of policy violations, harmful use, or fraudulent activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not responsible for battery consumption, performance changes, data usage related to wallpapers, device heating caused by live wallpapers, the battery impact of the automatic changer, or losses resulting from misuse.

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the 12 months preceding the claim (or, for the Lifetime plan, the total amount paid). The app is provided “AS IS.”

12. Changes to the Terms

The developer may update or revise these terms at any time. Where possible, users may be informed of material changes through an in-app notice, release notes, or other appropriate methods. The current terms will be available in the app and/or on the official publication page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

This End User License Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Balıkesir.
