Neo 4D Wall is a personalization app that offers mobile devices an advanced wallpaper experience enhanced with high-quality 3D parallax, video, live effects, touch effects, and edge effects.

The app aims to provide an enhanced experience through selected categories, the Editor (wallpaper customization tool), parallax effects, an automatic wallpaper changer, and a content library that is updated when new wallpapers are developed.

All wallpapers are for personal use only.

About the “4D” term: The term “4D” used in the app name and descriptions does not imply a physical fourth dimension. It is used to describe a visual wallpaper experience enhanced with 3D parallax, video, live effects, touch effects, and edge effects.

2. Disclaimer

Neo 4D Wall is a personalization app that provides visual content prepared by the developer and/or obtained in accordance with the terms of use of relevant third-party tools. Through the Editor feature, users can create wallpapers locally on their own devices; this content is not uploaded to or shared with servers.

About Images Depicting Places

Some wallpapers in the app may visually and decoratively represent cities, mountains, seas, lakes, forests and similar areas, architectural structures, historical sites, or other real-world places.

Due to digital editing, visual generation tools, compositional changes, and visualization processes, these images may not be exact or current depictions of the actual place. Directions, distances, scales, architectural details, surrounding structures, environmental elements, lighting, weather conditions, and geographic layout may differ from reality.

These contents should not be used as maps, navigation, location verification, measurement, travel planning, architectural or engineering review, safety assessment, or an official source of information. For accurate and current information about a real place, relevant official and reliable sources should be consulted.

Therefore, the following applies:

Some content in the app may come from licensed third-party sources.
Content created with the Editor is stored only locally on the user’s own device; the developer cannot access or process this content.
If content is believed to infringe copyright, it will be removed promptly after contact is made with sufficient evidence.
All media items in the app are for personal use only; commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.
Effects such as battery use, performance changes, or data usage on the device are the user’s responsibility.

The app is provided “AS IS” and “as available.” The developer does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

The developer cannot be held responsible for device damage, data loss, or financial loss arising from use of the app. If any legal liability arises, total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the 12 months preceding the claim (or, for the Lifetime plan, the total amount paid).

All communications are secured with HTTPS.
The app contains no advertising and uses no advertising SDK.
