1. Permitted Content

Content offered in the Neo 4D Wall app or used locally by the user is limited to the following types:

Wallpapers prepared by the developer
Stock or licensed wallpapers
Wallpapers created locally by the user through the Editor
Public-domain or copyright-free images

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are prohibited:

Unauthorized copyrighted content
Adult-oriented or inappropriate images
Harmful, abusive, violent, or illegal material
Content featuring brands, companies, or celebrities without the necessary rights

If you believe that any content in our library infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at neo4dwall@gmail.com.

3. Copyright Claims

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please send proof of ownership together with:

A link to or screenshot of the infringing content
A description of the content claimed to be infringed
A statement that the information provided is accurate
Proof that you own the copyright
The name of the rights holder or authorized representative
Contact information
A good-faith statement
A removal request

Content proven to infringe copyright will be removed promptly.

4. Editor — Responsibility for User Content

Users are fully responsible for content they create with the Editor. The developer does not pre-screen or verify user-created content.

5. Use of App Content

Wallpapers may be used only for personal device customization.
Resale, redistribution, copying, or uploading to other apps is prohibited.
Content may not be used commercially.

6. Google Play Compliance

Neo 4D Wall aims to ensure that app content complies with the Google Play Developer Content Policies. If a suspected violation or valid notice is received, the relevant content is reviewed and removed where necessary.
